Return & Exchange Policy
Orders can only be returned during inspection in the presence of the delivery representative, and the recipient bears the shipping costs.
After the delivery agent leaves, returns are only accepted in case of a manufacturing defect or size issue, as outlined below.
Returns or exchanges are allowed within 14 business days from the date of receipt in case of a manufacturing defect or size issue.
The customer is responsible for shipping the product back at their own expense using a courier company of their choice.
Once the returned product is received and inspected to confirm it is in its original condition, the customer can exchange it for another product.
The customer can also receive a refund via bank transfer or Vodafone Cash within 14 business days.
